Revisiting a "finished" Felt

When I finished this wet-felted vest about two years ago, I was never quite happy with the neckline. The collar and the front “v” just didn’t settle in nicely. I had since learned a new technique for felted sculptural work and it dawned on me to apply it to this garment! I think it is going to do the trick!!! I will post a finished shot when done.
