Return Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Learn at Home Video Tutorials All Learn at Home Video Tutorials include access to online video(s) and are non-refundable.

Virtual Instruction/ In-Person Workshops
Return of monies paid for virtual or in-person instruction requires 72hr. notice prior to class start or materials being sent.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

“DIY” Tutorials

You will receive a unique password to access our video library found on our Tutorials page.

All users have 90 days from the date the video is first accessed to enjoy repeat viewing.

DIY Tutorials and kits are non-refundable.

Google Meet

Events are scheduled in MST

You will be sent an invite through Google Calendar or Gmail to the email provided.

We understand life happens. Should you need to reschedule your session please allow 72hrs notice so we can adjust accordingly.
